      Hi ******* ******** Return to lap and eye care for the second time due to their outstanding accomplishments at my first visit. I ordered my glasses on October 18, 2024 and I still have not received a valid prescription pair of glasses to further explain weapon eyecare took over a month to provide me with a pair of glasses That they decided to change the prescription without telling me the lab substituted the lens to a lesser quality lens and tried to pass it off as if I would not notice Ive been wearing glasses since I was less than one year old. I have been living in pain and suffering for over a month and a half with broken glasses due to lap and eye cares, lack of ability to manage their business and take care of their customers Upon reaching out after a month and two ***** ******* was finally able to get the ******** branch to send them back to the lab again to make them appropriately almost 2 months out now and I still do not have my $480 glasses but if you count insurance money, they received $723 from my single pair of glasses and I have been waiting almost 2 months for a single pair of glasses Ive reached out to ****** eyecare asking for compensation for the extremely long delay and I am being ignored. I reached out to lap in eye care today was told a manager would call me. This manager never called me. Then I called back and was told **** lappen was going to call me back and again was ignored at this point I am questioning the ethics of the business and why they would alter my prescription without informing me as well as charge me for higher quality lenses while passing off cheaper high index lenses that were loose inside of the frame bulging from the plastic and looked atrocious didnt even clean the lenses Im unaware of why this business is not cooperating. Ive been nothing but respectful I need assistance on this matter would like to receive compensation in the form of a discount, such as 50% off for the absurd, weight and unethical practices.

      I went to this business to get an eye examination and contact lenses in April of 2024 They made adjustments to my prescription which didn't work and changed me back to my original prescription took my order for contact lenses on 6/172024 told me that I would get my order in one week and I have not received it or heard anything from them yet.
