    Unauthorized charge of $325. The person incahrge of monthly pass did not do the job correctly charged me without my permission even though I have paid daily parking and now the company does not want to refund me. They say it has been refunded but it's been 2 months and I have no received anything. Confirmed with the bank as well. We have not received anything.

    SP+ had attempted to refund her money.  We received the attachment from her bank.  Ms. ******** disputed to charge and closed the credit card she utilized.  We did not receive the payment because she disputed the charge.  I provided her with the attachment and told her that she needed to take it to her bank. SP+ did make the attempt to refund her.
