  A portion of the job I hired Critter Control for was to have insulation blown in to my attic. The job was completed in December 2024, with the General Manager (**) supervising. A few days after the job was completed I noticed insulation on my asphalt driveway where they had worked, as well as in my yard. I contacted the ** as I could not sweep the insulation off the driveway. The ** agreed to come out and take a look at, but would be delayed due to the snow. After numerous calls to the **, he stoped, twice. The second trip was when the driveway was dry. Neither time did he offer an explanation as to why the sealant had corroded, nor say that it was not due to the insulation, and would get back to me. Weeks went by and still no response. I finally called and spoke to the owner who immediately became defensive and rude. He denied any and all responsibility. I can only presume part of his anger was that, over a 3 month period, the ** had never made him aware of the problem. The owner was willing to stop and look at the driveway, but I thought it in my best interest to avoid a confrontation because of the way he spoke to me on the phone. Unfortunately I had just had the driveway sealed in 2024, but will now need to repeat.Perhaps Critter Control should stick to just that. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

  I did not have a great experience. I spent $2100 and my issue remained. I disputed half of this charge and received a credit back. I submitted a ****** review and the owner argued with me and posted my name on ******. The team was nice until I paid in full, and they were all of sudden so busy. No show and no calls regarding canceled appts. Owner tried to rectify when I requested a refund. Trust was broken and I no longer wanted to waste any more time and money.

  ***** and his team were the best contractors i have worked with. Everybody was very respectful and knowledgeable. They were able to remove the animals from my home and repair all the damaged that they caused. Would highly recommend!!

  ***** and the crew are amazing! Had a pair of mating raccoons in my attic, they came the next day to remove them quickly and efficiently!

  ***** was excellent. Presented a quote to seal up my entire house from mice and it was an excellent price and the turn around time was phenomenal. Highly recommend this crew of guys.
