I was sold a sick baby Boa Constructor that died shortly after I bought him. I was told many different things by this company, which none of them were true? I do believe that this company is operating under many false pretenses. I know that they are selling exotic and domesticated sick animals that they are breeding on their own. I was also sold a filthy tank to keep the baby snake in. I was told that it was waterproof which it is not. Before he even bothered to clean it, sold it to me for a large amount of money. The baby snake looked like it's head had been smashed in.They told me that it was not, it was fine, and that it had buldge eye.It was genetic and normal, that it would go away. The baby snake was all skin and bones, didn't appear to have ever been fed. Much research and everything I could to help the baby it did die.The pet shop smells of rotten animals. The conditions of these animals are sick and inhumane.Myself and many others have witnessed many dead animals in tanks and cages. After having my horrible situation I spoke to a few other customers. They all said there are certain things that you do not buy from Ming! His employees do not give appropriate advice to customers about how to care for the animals nor do they have the knowledge to be giving advice. It was actually only Ming(owner) and one other young girl. The young girl went on giving me completely false advice on not only the red tailed boa but what was wrong with him. I had a feeling if I didnt buy him he would have been killed. The baby snake was not in the display animal cages. I don't recall which room he came from but was tossed while in a small plastic container on to counter and I was told $75. Ming himself is very hard to understand and gets very irritated and angry when you are trying to ask ?s I am very upset about the loss of money but I am even more upset about about the animals!
