    I ordered 2 pizzas that were dropped off on my front porch without any notice or discussion. They were freezing cold. I called several times attempting to resolve the problem which ultimately ended with being hung up on multiple times.

    on 12/8/23 at 11:50pm I placed an online order on Dominos.com to deliver a medium pizza, tater tots & a cheese steak sandwich. Cash on delivery. Order came to $19.23.I watched the tracker until the delivery driver Manzoor was 2mins away. I went downstairs and OUTSITE to wait for him. There was vehicle in front of my house of a foreign gentleman (whom I'm assuming was "Manzoor"). He sat there for 5 minutes or so and then pulled off. Never got out the vehicle or came onto my porch. I called the store ************ to see if there was a delay or an issue. I selected option 2 -- dead air. I hung up and called again selected option 1. Got a representative. Explained to her what the issue was, she said she would transfer me to the store. I said thank you. I was sent to a voicemail saying that the person I dial was not available and to leave a message. I called back and option 1 again. That rep transferred me to the same voicemail. Tried a 3rd time; same thing. 4th time I asked to speak to a supervisor, that rep transferred me to the voicemail no warning. I was told by 3 reps that they worked at a call center and did not have a manager/supervisor on site. Some told me that all escalations went to the store. One told me that she couldn't call the store because she would get disconnected. 4 more tries; I spoke with an account manager. Who apologized and told me that my order didn't exist and that it was never placed online. I asked why do I have a confirmation email and by this time a CONFIRMATION IT WAS DELIVERED. He said I would have to contact the store or file a complaint on the domino's website and someone will get back to me in 48-72hrs. After talking with him, I received a new TEXT MESSAGE at 1:19am saying that my order was canceled. An hour after I received the message saying that ******* had pulled up. **************** is ridiculous. The brazen audacity that they're letting customers place orders and not delivering is unacceptable.

    on Nov 17, 6:29PM, I placed an order in the Dominos app totaling $32.07. The order never arrived, and there was no way to request a refund in the app. When I called the store's listed number at ###-###-####, it was only an answering service who said they are not the store, and they could not process my refund. They said they would transfer me to the store, but instead they only hung up on me, 4 times in a row. They would not give me the number of the store they were supposedly transferring to. I need this order refunded. Reference CASE ID ******* and Order# ***.

    ordered food online. asked to call my home number when arrived. called the store 8 times. They picked up the phone on 3 tries and hung it back up. Left a message on the phone. I ordered the food at 6.30p at 9:22p someone refused to tell me there name. said they were the manager. I don't know who i was talking too. They said the food was left by the wickeder chair. If that was the case they put it on the floor. They took 47.00 and I never got the food. They tried and say they called and it was no answer, Im doing school work the phone is right next to me. Then i was asked if I live in an apartment. No, I do not. They never brought the food. I want my money They shouldn't be able to get away with this. Too my money and the food
