    Hello, I'm contacting you in hopes of bringing this establishment to light for what it truly is. They lie and steal from people, and what happened was unacceptable. I went to pick up my order at 8:46 pm, on December 29th 2022. I ordered through a app called slice, they deal with local pizzerias, and make it easier to order. The app told me my food was ready, but when I got there, they said they ran out of an ingredient and canceled my order last minute. I got back in my car, and as I did, they shut off all the lights for the night. They were supposed to be open until 11pm as advertised on the website and door. I've been trying to get a refund through the Slice app, since I ordered through them, but everytime they call La Felice they aren't there. They also when they finally answer say the guy who did the order isn't here he will be back, but the Slice representatives don't hear anything from the store. Now they are ignoring the calls, they're screening the calls, and seeing that it's the Slice app calling. They stole my money and I was lied to I wanted to report them, and see justice done, thank you so much for your time.
