    I hired ***** Buccilli in August 2024 for a whole new plumbing system for my home; all new water lines, install tub, water tank, shower diverters shut off valves before and after meter and complete toilet rough in's. All materials were purchased by me; he charged me a labor price only $5,200 ( I paid 3 draws of payments totaling ***** to *****) which included all plumbing needs and repairs needed for rough in for inspection, after inspection he would install all toilets, faucets for kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. September 12, *********************** was done and ready for inspection I gave him check for ****** to pay inspector. Ten days passed by after texting ***** and I heard from him or inspector, finally I called inspector and asked him if my inspection was done he said no and that he never heard from my plumber not did he file a plan or permit with his office. I had to hire a real Master Plumber on October 7th 2024 paid 4k he fixed, repair all issues that were not done by ***** and I passed my rough in inspection today October 17, 2024. I was finally given the approval for my drywall guys to close up the walls, I will see ***** in court.

    hired Buccilli Plumbing in June of 2022 to do a new walk in shower and vanity. The project started in Sept. 2022 because of supply issues for the fiberglass shower walls which I understood. Mr. Buccilli installed the new walk in shower but within a day I had to call him because the caulk at the base of the shower wall was cracking and there was movement at the bottom of the wall. When I asked him why this kept happening he said because the house is old and not square the wall didn't fit right. I asked him why he didn't tell me this before he put the shower wall up and he said because most of his customers don't want to pay for framing and he thought it would work. He tried one more fix but it didn't work so he said he would order new walls and redo it. He contacted me on Jan. 21, 2023 to say he ordered the new walls but couldn't give a lead time on when they would come in. I tried to contact Mr. Buccilli on April 12, 2023 for an update but he never answered me. Tried to contact him several other times no luck. I paid $5,850 for everything, demo. new walk in shower and vanity. He didn't break down how much each cost. I have every conversion we had in which he states he will order walls and redo but I have heard nothing. He needs to do what he says and redo the shower walls at his expense of course since I already paid for it, or reimburse me for the shower walls and labor so I can get someone else to do it.

    Customer’s statement was totally accurate. I have received the new walls and will be trying to contact her to schedule repairs starting tomorrow 5/4/2023. My recent lack of communication was due to an issue in my personal life. At this time I’m prepared to stand by my word and make the necessary repairs at my expense.
