    Came to my house to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. Could not fix toilet. Looked at my pipes in the basement....looked at outside backyard pipe for sewage system but did not snake this outside pipe to my sewer system. Claimed I would have to hire a company to pump out the entire sewage system. Did not solve my problem and demanded 300 dollars. ***** Plumbing, another local company, came out a week later....snaked the outside sewage pipe in my back yard....looked inside the pipe with a camera, TV screen,....and solved the problem in 15 minutes. He said that the previous ******* just had to snake the outside pipe but failed to do this....and then changed me 300 dollars for no improvement in my situation. ***** Plumbing only charged me about 80 dollars and let me know the previous ******* had ripped me off. I was ripped off and taken advantage of by Crossway Plumbing. All he had to do was snake a pipe in order to clear some blockage...and refused to do this. I am a senior citizen on limited income, and this bothers me to this day. I recommend ***** Plumbing...they are fair in price and get the job done, but Crossway Plumbing and ***** ***** stole money from me. That's how I see it. I advise anyone to stay away from Crossway Plumbing. They in no way follow the teachings of ***** ****** as suggested in their name.

    Our sewer clogged and called this company to assist they were able to clear the clog but are not assisting with giving ANY information to our home insurance company and have completely ghosted us. We (and our insurance company) have tired to contact the owner by text, phone, & email multiple times over a two week span while no longer getting any responses/answers. Which is delaying our insurance claim since there has been no response.
