  This company treats my neighborhood like a dumping ground. Their equipment is all over the street everywhere blocking people in their homes with no signage or advanced warning. They are belligerent and verbally nasty to my elderly neighbors, demanding that they move their cars. Ive called the city of ********** and I have called the company and nothing is helping

  ******, We have called you back and left you a voicemail message but have not gotten a call back. In fact, in one of your voicemails, you stated "I am not leaving my phone number". You've left multiple negative reviews and have never used our services. We are following all rules and doing everything by the book so much so that when the city inspector came on 8/12 after your repeated calls (*****************************, ROW/Construction ********** ********** of ******** and Infrastructure), he confirmed this. All of the signs were posted in advance as per the rules. None of our employees have been belligerent or verbally nasty to anyone on that street. Most of them are actually bringing drinks out to our workers and have been very pleasant and respectful. This and all of your other reviews are not accurate. We are asking you to put this libel and harassment to a stop and if doesn't, we will be forced to take further action. We are trying to complete a job efficiently for your neighbor. Your harassment has gone too far.

  Hired Cuccaro to come and help us with a leaking pipe into our basement. We were told it would be $95 an hour to come and diagnose it. ****, who was sent out, cut into our ceiling and wall, and poked around slowly in our crawl spaces for two hours. At the end of two hours, told me that our issue was going to require the eyes of a more experienced plumber, ****, and that someone would reach out to us to schedule it. When I asked about their schedule and when we could expect a follow up, he said a few days. On his way out, he surprised me by saying that we were welcome to call a different plumber.Over a week passed, and I did not hear back from them, but I did get flooded by automated emails and text messages asking me to review them on Google.I called to follow up with the front desk, and was told that someone needed to come out and diagnose the problem. When I asked if we were going to be charged in addition for the time that **** had come out to diagnose our problem, I was told that she would check with the owner and get back to me. Weeks passed, and no one ever followed up.I did indeed call another plumber, who came out the next week and fixed our issue. A month and a half later, I got a bill from Cuccaro for services rendered, which included leaving holes in our ceiling for us to fix and zero follow-through on our issue. I called them to ask about it and got their voicemail.Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

  I reached out to ****** the day after I received these reviews (I had to track down what happened) and offered a resolution. ****** offered to take down the reviews.
