    It actually deserves a NO Star. Rude, they lash out, no interest to help with the issues especially when called back for a 2nd time. They yelled, I mean yelled at my 91 Yr. Mother over the phone(ie owner) while she was telling him her problem with the water after his employee left in an very unprofessional manner. He was out of control. He said "lady I can't fix anymore, call my boss, I have another job to go to".We complained 1st with our water had black pieces in it, well they fixed and not even a month, we called them back and told , we have the same problem again. They didn't like we called again and we complained about the water being Yellow!! This is a business they run Very terrible to treat a 91 yr. Old and not even to apologize!!

    There was no yelling at customer by employee or office personal. Phone calls are recorded and were reviewed. (We do have recording on file) Our Master plumber did not find any issues at customers home at time of service. No one spoke to any family member regarding a plumbing issue and owner was advise to have a family member call Professional Plumbing office Customer complaint was for yellow color of water that is supplied to their home from *************************************. We can not change the color of the water provided by the water authority. They were advised to contact the water authority.We did check all plumbing fixtures and flushed the water heater . NO FAMILY MEMBER CALLED OUR OFFICE. There were no 2rd or 3rd calls So above statement are untrue
