    Professional and genuine knowledge of every aspect of the business.RaShawn told me step by step what the issues were and replaced the existing part with a new one. He was kind and knew what the problem was after a quick diagnosis. Sullivan is a great company and blessed to have him. The telephone staff was also great!!

    ****** from Sullivans came to inspect my drains to make sure there were no clogs. He did a great job by explaining everything to me and letting me know what I needed to do. I have been using Sullivans for years and I will continue to do so. They are very professional.

    ***** was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He explained everything that he had done and in terms that were easy to understand. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend him and Sullivan Service.
