      OMG, I don't know where to start. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I had missed a phone call and door knock on the day this ******* was supposed to arrive, my fault, but the plumber did not even offer to come by later after all his other appointments were done, which all were to be done earlier now anyway. I made another appointment for today for 10am start, and was supposed to get a call to let me know so I could put my pets away, remove carpets and stuff around toilet. The plumber showed up over 1/2 hour early and said he called. I did not see any incoming calls on my phone. I took the plumber to the bathroom and told him I need a couple minutes to remove stuff around toilet and he said it all should have been done prior to his arrival. He would have had to do that anyway, so why the attitude? I then told him I needed that warning call, and he then said he was not interested in doing the work for me and start leaving. I told him I really don't understand why he is leaving and why he had such a bad attitude with me, and he told me "Let's take this outside"! I can't believe he threatened me. I reported him and this company to ************* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

      As someone else mentioned above, I would also stay away from this company. I ordered a dishwasher though ******* and Tabuso was their plumber in the ********** area. The plumber did show up during the 4-hour window that we were given. He had an attitude as soon as he walked in. My wife and I welcomed him, and he barely acknowledged us. He just started working. He pulled our old dishwasher out from the cabinet and began complaining to us that it had been installed incorrectly. As I have since verified, his complaints were very minor. As we very politely attempted to discuss exactly why he was so upset, the installer became very agitated and told us that we could get someone else install our dishwasher and he stormed out of the house leaving the dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen floor and leaving us dumbfounded.I have been a homeowner for nearly fifty years. For that entire time, I have been dealing with installers, service people, and craftsmen without any problems. I have never ever had someone treat me so unprofessionally, and in my own house. This installer was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He may have just been having a bad day, but his behavior was totally unacceptable. If I could, I would give Tabuso zero stars. They left us worse off than we were before they came.

      Avoid this company. They were scheduled to install a dishwasher for me and cancelled the first appointment due to a family issue. On the second appointment they showed up late then said they could not do the job because he "didn't like the looks" of the water shutoff valve. The valve is fine, I shut it off myself without any problem.
