    So, my complaint is pretty long. Our house we are renting off them has been a horrible experience. There's a hole in the roof. There's water and leaks all in our basement. Possible mold in the windows as well. Our stove broke and we had to wait 3 weeks for our property manager to finally get someone out here to give us a new one. Even with that, he forgot the power cord and we had to wait an extra day. I brought it to the managers attention which caused a fight. He got very rude and disrespectful with me over the phone and basically said he would put me on my a** if I kept mouthing off to him. That is a threat. There have also been times we had a water bill, and they sent us the bill 1 week after it was due, then got mad at us for paying it late. (this is because the water bill is in their name, but we pay it). I will submit attachments below of proof that I submitted requests for repairs and it's been 2 months and still nobody has come to fix anything. The date the problem occurred has really just been on going. No exact date. I really started bringing attention to the issues in December of 2022.

    This is ******* ******** from the complaint about Heritage Inc Ltd. The companies owner reached out to me today via text message stating they received the BBB report and has now restricted me from reapplying or renting any of their properties. This makes my case even better. 



    Can I submit proof by chance? Now the owner is telling me that they secretly recorded my phone conversation with the property manager one night. That is a felony offense in the state of Pennsylvania. Filming/taping my voice without my consent. That's called wire taping. 



    Sure. Here is proof that now since I reported them to the BBB, they are restricting me from ever applying to any of their properties again. Also, the owner admits to them recording my argument I had with their property manager. I was not notified about being recorded and in the state of Pennsylvania, it is illegal to record phone conversations without the other party being notified. I DID NOT give them consent. They basically secretly did it. They just recorded me cursing and swearing at the manager after he was giving me a hard time.

    As of right now the complaint can stand as is. However, like I said the company is willing to squash things with me as the property manager told me that over the phone. Not sure if the owner will follow through with that, but that's where we are right now. If she does, my fiancee and I will remain at the property we're at with no additional issues. I'm willing to drop all the drama and issues as long as the owner, Indira, and property manager, Yemi, are both willing to fullfill our needs at the property from here on out. 

    The property manager did tell me they are allowed to record phone conversations because their business also expands out to Georgia. I did not know that, and nobody from Heritage Inc Ltd ever notified us of any of that. Their website does not show a Georgia number, address, or anything like that. So, the whole recording me without my consent was a miscommunication on both parts, but I was informed that in the state of Georgia they can record phone conversations.
