      I paid $125.28 on September 23, 2024, for our appointment that took place on September 4th. This was a full payment for the statement emailed to me on September 13, 2024 (attached).They continue to send me invoices for $125.28. I also received a statement on October 17 with a balance of $125.28 and NO RECORD of the payment I made on September 23rd.Also attached are two records of my payment -- one from my Discover card transaction, and one from the InBox Health online payment system that Summit Psychological uses to send invoices and do online payments.I had two explanations from Summit Psychological about this problem. First, I placed a phone call. I was told that the payment probably wasn't processed by their system yet and that I should "wait a week and follow up" if it still was not showing in the system.Second, I received an email on October 16, 2024, from ****** *******, CRP. It said "All payments made were applied to outstanding dates of service. More than likely a payment was missed being made on a very old date of service and when another payment was made it was applied to that older date of service." ******* sent me a Statement of all my charges since 2017, but there was still NO RECORD of my payment made on September 23rd. Also attached, I'm showing my receipt from June 24, 2024, showing a $0.00 balance after I paid for our April appointment. We did not have any other appointments between the one April appointment and the one September appointment. If it were the case that the balance is from an old charge, then why didn't I receive any invoices from them over the summer after June 2024? I did not hear anything from them until after the September appointment. I paid for it on September 23rd. They did not make a record of the payment. They have been continually sending me invoices each week and mailed a paper invoice on October 17. Prior to the September 4th appointment, my most recent appointment was April 24.
