One star is too much for this individual. This is about ******* ***** at AT&T at BAYBROOK MALL STORE. BEWARE ATT does not own any stores Prime Communications owns them. I went into this store for a new phone and left with three. I had my phone numbers but ******* insisted I needed new numbers. My phone got wet but I could not set it up as I forgot my Apple ID. So ******* gave me his number to call him when I returned home so I could back up my phone but he did not answer for 2 days. (strike one) I had set an appointment to bring my brother in and set up my other phone but of course, he was not there but out to lunch and would be back in 30 minutes (strike 2) The guy that was there said he would try to help and I said I am glad I did not answer the survey ATT until we finished this transaction. ******* finally returned and took my phone to try to download but you will NEVER guess what ELSE he did while doing this. He went into my MESSAGES ON MY phone and answered MY SURVEY TO HIS LIKING. (STRIKE 3) I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO VIOLATED. I RETURNED THE OTHER 2 PHONES WHICH I SPENT SO MUCH TIME CORRECTING THIS WHOLE TRANSACTION BECAUSE HE DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT A RESTOCKING FEE OR ACTIVATION FEE. THE REASON WHY IS THAT HE SET UP NEW NUMBERS. THIS GUY IS A SCAM ARTIST AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ATT. I WILL BE CONSULTING AN ATTORNEY ON THIS. HOPEFULLY, PRIME COMMUNICATIONS WILL FIRE HIM.
