Summer hit and the strong order was even worse so I begged them to fix. (We had been complaining about a sewage smell in the laundry room day one on our move in) Finally they discovered 3 inches of p*** on a pool in the crawl space. They are trying to make us pay for the clean up despite telling them since day one it smelled like sewage under the house (the crawl space). Due to these tacked expenses we were trapped into paying another lease because our saving was killed trying to make this home safe for our special needs child. At this point I just want them to take off their charge for something we didn't cause and I need out of the lease (3 months left). I am now on meds because their carpet (and poor air quality) causing my skin to burn and gives me hives which they are aware and said not their issue. Please help. The main issue right now is them expecting us to pay for a repair from what has been their since we moved in totaling ******. They also had a health department complaint and per the health department this is a "slum resident" and we believe they're retaliated. They also charged us the water 4 months after we moved in and slipped in the previous tenants water bill. We had to asked for those bills to see why it was so high. This appears to be a behavior.
