      I would give HANNA HORWARD zero stars if I could!Regarding property *********************************************************The property was on Redfin a week before the *** listing. We reached out to our agent to see asap because it checked all our boxes.Our Broker tried several times to schedule a tour of this home starting the very day it appeared on ****** prior to the *** listing.He NEVER even received a return call from the Hanna Howard Realtor.We wouldve been a cash offer. I would recommend this Real Estate Company be investigated. That cant possibly be working for their clients best interests very effectively if they are not pursuing ALL the possible sale options, especially CASH OFFERS.We were not even able to see or make an offer.Perhaps the seller should be notified.

      My experience through Howard Hanna Real Estate was not painless and easy! We agreed that I would pay $195,000 for the house, including all expenses. I paid $1000 as a deposit, then after a while the rest of the amount. We paid the money and received the house in July 2023. But according to the documents prepared by Howard Hannas company, the payment was $196,544.50. At the company's office they explained to me that these are internal affairs of the company and they do not concern me, that I am paying only 195 thousand dollars. What happens next is that the company takes $1,544.50 from the home seller to pay taxes for the first half of 2023 and takes it for themselves. And this amount falls on me as a buyer as a tax debt for the first half of 2023. It turns out that now I am responsible for all taxes for last year, even for the period in which I did not own the house. Why Howard Hanna's company is deceiving its customers.

      We had ********************* from HOWARD HANNA as our realtor when selling and buying our house. Unfortunately, she had no plan on selling our house and in my opinion it was under-sold.When we wanted to look at houses to buy most of the time she was unavailable. The house we did end up purchasing, she was also not available. When we finally were able to put in an offer, we were forced into a bidding war. I don't know what the issue was but I would look elsewhere for a realtor who is out for your interests.HOWARD HANNA absolutely the WORST home selling and buying experience we have ever had. We cannot and will NOT recommend HOWARD HANNA to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COST!
