    This has been the worst experience in my life, buying a home should be fun and exciting. We never felt like we were valued, received terrible customer service, and almost 0 communication. We would NEVER recommend this person for anything! This process cost us money that we did not need to spend. TERRIBLE, this was so bad 1 star is not worth leaving. We felt like we were being taken advantage of, tired pushing us but that did not happen, we pushed back. It's not about just selling a house and making money, respect and customer service is priority #1.

    Im sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with my colleague. I was not your agent nor have I ever met you or spoken to you before. I gave your referral to a colleague at my office to assist you and your wife with the purchase your house. I live an hour away and thought it was best to have someone who is closer to assist you. I did verbally speak to your wife during the middle of the transaction and she assured me that my colleague was doing a good job.
