    This complaint is in to negands of service on my Pensonal Computen. I took
    it in to be neset because it was running slow and fneezing up. I bnought it
    home and anything that I install had to be reinstall which I had to get my
    sister to do she has a quite of bit of knowledge with computens, I needed my
    printer install, I had the disk and she open up the CDIDVR doon and notice a
    windowslO disk in thene, I told hen that he install a windowsL0, you have
    windowsll.She went to settings to check what he had installed and it was
    windowsl0 when I punchase it, it was a windowsl0 but windows provided anyone
    who has punchase 10 could install 11 fon free beings that the prognams came
    so close togethen and ********* would alert you when it was available fon
    your pc it was nelease on 0ctoben 5, 2A27. I neceived the al-ert and my
    sisten came and installed with the instructions. I called ******** Record
    Shop, the ownen said no problem bning it in and I will connected the issue,
    days laten he called me and said that he can't install windowll on this
    computen it's to old he also said it was impossible this is a wlndowsT on 8
    if it was windowsT/8 why would he install a 10? My sisten said he did not go
    into youn settings at all in fact if you neset your PC it would go back to
    the oniginal factors setting which was windows 10 and she looked it up and
    windowsll is stea] avail-able as long as you are using the Genuine version of
    windowslS, which it is. My sisten bought the same one and had to install
    windows 11 Otimize 755 you had to check online if it was compatible which it
    is and they still offen it fnee, if you have windowsl0. He said he could not
    install windows 11 on my computen. I would like a nefund so I can take it to
    someone with technology skills because it can be connected.
