      Look at their ********************** see the same complaints over and over. First, it took them TWO months to do something my former company took 1 afternoon to do. Their cost was well over double what it should cost. My former company got rid of their repairs department, so they referred me to AIS. I made sure to call them to stop the referrals, because this company is scamming, price gouging, and generally not taking care of their customers. If they cared, they would read their reviews & change. They just show up whenever they want (thats honestly what they told me) and they give you now real time or schedule. I had to call three times within the two months to get any update on progress. The first time they came, the technician had to ask ME what was happening and what type of machine it was. He even had me describe what the former company did AND asked for the guys number! That day, it was $704! This same fix is a $600-$800 total! After waiting, they just showed up one day and it was another $799! I just couldnt believe how unprofessional this company is. ******* and look around! I made a $1,500 mistake working with a company who is definitely overcharging.

      Hello, we have attempted to contact ******* 5 times now to discuss the thoughts on the service that we provided. Our service manager from the ********** office has called and emailed her, I have called three times as well as today and was advised by the location that ******* is often not available and my best option would be to just call as many time a day as I can and try to get ahold of her. At the end of the day, there is much more involved in this situation than is being explained. We were informed that this machine has not been maintained or serviced properly since Covid and given the nature of what the machine does, maintenance is supposed to be performed monthly in order to eliminate the need for extensive service events. The service took much longer than what the customer expected it to due to the fact that the products used in the machine were given ample time to ****** and it simply took longer to break apart the hardened product and get the machine running correctly again. With all customers, when a service call is placed they are advised as to what our rates for service are. If the customer does not agree to our rates, we simply do not accept the call. We also inform customers of our anticipated lead time to respond and make sure that they are okay with it. We have no control over what part prices are as they are set by the manufacturer of the equipment, not AIS. We are happy to speak with her and discuss this repair, but it has been challenging due to not receiving calls back. When maintenance is not performed timely by the customer it can add to the amount of time it takes a technician to perform the service required.
