      On 5-24-24, a group of us went to lunch at Atrias in ****************, **. I ordered the pot roast dinner. When it came, it was so tough, I couldnt even cut it or chew it. I advised the waitress and was only offered the same meal. I declined since I thought it also would be tough. I was NOT offered to have it taken off my check, so I decided to take it home for my neighbors dog. I called the restaurant later and the manager (****) said he didnt take it off my bill because I took it home. I told him I ONLY took it home because I PAID for it and would give it to the dog! He offered to send me a gift card to give them a 2nd chance. After 2 weeks, I called back and said I never got the gift card and was assured it would be sent out. It has now been 12 weeks, and after 6 calls to them and 2 other managers involved *************** still have NOT received this gift card!This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen and Ive worked in customer service for over 30 years. The other thing that happened May 24, was our waitress had long hair NOT pulled back and when she would lean in, her hair was in our faces and food. I called again today and was told they mailed it yesterday, but I am beginning to think that the gift card is imaginary. I am tired of calling for something they promised to send 6 times!!
