    order ********** traking number : ****************** order ********** traking number ******************* *ccording to the traking infor ,as request from the sender these two packege was returned to the sender ,but the sender charge me 50USD per order and only refund 165 USD (The original price was 215USD), so I haven't even received the goods only got a $100 deduction for no reason

    I had ordered a pair of sandals around June 11. I received the WRONG pair. I had emailed customer service about the issue and they had given me a return label stating when the received the sandals back they would send me the correct pair. They received my sandals on July 5 and I am yet to get the new ones or at least my Money refunded on my card. I have emailed them several times with my frustration and called the store. The store is of no help and tells me that I have to contact through customer service however they will not return any of my emails or my phone calls in attempt to correct this situation. I am beyond frustrated and so disappointed in their horrendous customer service! I would like to get this situation fixed as soon as possible. My order number is ******* Thank you
