    I hired Chuck Romea Roofing to replace my gutters from 4" to 6". he replaced the gutters andI ***** know that they were not put on correctly until the past storm that took siding off my house. I had roofers come out to look at siding and they all mentioned that the gutters I had replaced were not put on correctly, there is water coming down behing the gutters and getting in my windows. I hired Romea because his brother put a new roof on my house 6 years ogo. So now I have gutters that do not work water is coming in my basement and windows

    good morning im sorry about the gutters i wish you would have called me in my opinion the shingles was short they should be 1 1/4 into the gutter 

    i would have put a drip edge in to resolve the problem please give me a call

    I booked Romea Roofing to fix decomposing wood siding on my house - 1/26/2023. They quoted 6500 for the complete job, half up front and and half at completion. The work scope was to remove existing siding and trip, install new panels, install new boards, and to paint the area replaced. The work order has a labor guarantee for 5 years, and lifetime guarantee for material. Due to a shortage of paint, the company left and said they would be coming back to complete the paint job. I gave them the second check even so - which was a mistake. I called repeatedly after the winter when they should have come back to paint, and no one picked up the phone. I left text messages with the owner Chuck too, never getting a response.
    Now parts of the roof trim are falling off, and look like they're shriveling. The panels never got painted, but that shouldn't have an impact to this degree. Now I'm looking at having to replace the full area again, which shouldn't be the case given their labor and materials guarantee.
