$15,000.00 roof 2014- caved in 2023- wood was never replaced - almost a $40,000.00 Job to repair all damages from a faulty job done by Welte roofing - would never recommend this company

****,I am very sorry that you seem to have experienced an issue with a Welte installation. Unfortunately, the company was under different ownership in ******************************************************************************* about the issues you were facing I explained that the project was not under warranty with Welte, but that I was happy to come out and take a look at what was going on. At that point you informed me that you already had contacted another company to come and fix the issue and did not need us which I perfectly understand. Again, I apologize that you appear to have ran into an issue with an installation from the prior owner. Please know that we do stand behind our work and have a proven track record of working to resolve all problems when they arise if given the chance. Thank you.
