    On 2/10/25 I called Appliance Pros this company referred me to All Appliance owned by ******* *****.. Mr. ***** called me and made and appointment for 2/11/25 for 10:30am he came at about 10:40am went to my basement to repair my washing machine I told him it wasn't filling up with water or going through the cycles he called to the basement told me had fixed the problem after about 15 minutes and claim it was a wire problem I as him the charge he said $150.00 and claim he couldn't take my check but want my debit card after he left I saw that he charged me $200.00 instead and my washer was never fixed I called him he claim he would return my extra $50 and come repair my washer but never did either my son in law spoke to him today ***** promised the same lie and never showed up or returned any money

    On 11/6/2024 Called A+ Appliance Repair ********** and was transferred to a technician named Bill. **** stated that he could come out and take a look at my refrigerator. He arrived within 25 minutes and stated that it would be a $80 service charge. My refrigerator was reading 42 degrees over the last ************************************************* to take everything out. He unscrewed the back of the freezer and we observed some ice buildup. **** utilized a hand held dryer to melt the the ice. Took all of 20 minutes to melt and s**** back on the back of the freezer. I asked him if he took credit cards. He stated yes. I asked about a receipt and he stated that he would text me a link to it as he uses ******. He leaves.Later on during my lunch break I go to check my text messages and there's no text or ****** link. I check my credit card transactions online to see if the $80 charge is pending. Low and behold **** decided to charge me $200!!! So, I immediately call A+ Appliance Repair back. I am given Bills direct number. He stated that sometimes ****** does that and he's pulling up to his house now and he'll fix it. 5 hours later the $200 charge is still there and he's not answering my calls. I reported and disputed the charge with my credit card company as I'm not paying the $200. He can have $80 as agreed.After Reverse looking up his number it turns out **** ***** is an independent contractor technician under All Appliance Repair. Terrible reviews. Tons of fraud and similar complaints!I only chose A+ Appliance Repair because of all the 5 Star reviews on ******. They don't tell you that you'll be transferred to an independent contractor technician they they claim they aren't responsible for and there's no manager over!!! A+ Appliance Repair ********** is complicit. They are also falsely advertising that they are approved by The Better Business Bureau - They are not!He has my credit card information and I will have to cancel my credit card.
