SNOW REMOVAL BUSINESS OWNER FOUND GUILTY OF FRAUD AND MONEY LAUNDERING

On April 3, 2025, a federal grand jury found Charles W. Lantzman, owner of Snow and Ice Management guilty of 5 counts of wire fraud and 3 counts of money laundering. The jury found that Mr. Lanzman defrauded customers by padding their bills for services that had not been performed.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 11, 2025. Mr. Lanzman faces a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 for the money laundering and up to ten years in prison plus a fine for the wire fraud.
