    I placed an order for 800 milk caps on Nov 25, 2023 and told them that I needed the order by March 1st, 2024. They said that they needed a $300 deposit since it was a special order so I put the payment on my credit card. They promised me that I would have the order by that date and if there was going to be a delay in the shipment that they would let me know by January 15, 2024 so I could make other arrangements and they would refund my money. I never heard from them so I assumed that there wouldn't be any issues with my order. I left message for them 3 times to make sure that everything was still on track. I left messages on Feb. 5th, 9th and 16. I never heard back from them. I never received the shipment nor did they refund my money.

    I ordered 40 engraved souvenir caps on August 23rd, 2022. I have not rec'd my order yet. I have contacted the business many times and no one is returning my calls. I have emailed the company as well and no response. I would like my product delivered asap.

    This company is terrible. They sold me a defective product and falsely advertised their services. They are not responding to my calls or emails.
