Date of Service : 9.23.23 I am writing this letter on behalf of myself. I went to Brows by Jen for lash lift and brow shaping. While I was there, we got to talk about lip and cheek filler. She is not licensed to perform such injections. She is licensed to perma brow (brow tattoo) and daily skin care. I decided to try the filler and see if it was a better product. However, the product used caused my skin to have an allergic reaction. I notified her and she told me that this was normal and would not be permanent. As shown in the photos, I developed “welts” for several weeks. Now as someone who worked for a plastic surgeon and medical spa, I knew this was not normal. I tried to contact her, and she repeatedly ignored my text messages. On October 12, 2023, I decided to see a professional for treatment to try and fix my skin. I gave her the name of the tool and product used, which was later found to be NOT FDA APPROVED. I had to pay additional money to have the treatment reversed and my skin is still not correct. At this point I will be seeking legal action if I am not reimbursed the full amount of $534.00. I really do not want to have take this route, but my skin is permanently damaged. This is very unacceptable and I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. I have attached before and after pictures as well as medical documentation. My face has still not healed .
