We have a shop on Spreadshirt. The sales the shop incurred entitle us to a commission, and the commission currently owed to us is $26.25. We have called numerous times and submitted the tax form numerous times and the company refuses to issue payment. This has been going on since August 2024. Each employee we have spoken to has been dismissive and extremely unhelpful. We want this resolved as soon as possible, as this is unreasonable to REFUSE to pay commissions earned. Each time we submit the requested paperwork we are told it has to be resubmitted again. There is absolutely no excuse for this.Business Response

Hello,
We take every measure to deliver high quality service to our customers. In regards to complaint ********, I am sorry to hear our shop owner has not received their payout at this time.
We did release a new payout and tax process in December ************************************************************************************************* November, so all accounts could update their Payment and Tax details to be included with our payouts. Following IRS requirements, we do require a Tax Id and Tax form to be submitted to receive a payout with us.
Viewing the account shows that the Tax form was submitted on 1-16-25 through our new Payment and Tax process. Since the form was not submitted until after the payout date of 1-15-25 a payout did not process for our January payout. Currently, the Tax form is awaiting final verification, which can take 2-5 business days. If the Tax Id supplied matches the details provided on the W9 form, then the payout will be processed in February with our normal monthly payout schedule. Once the form is verified, the shop partner will be able to see the form status set to reviewed or receive an email if the form cannot be verified.
Additionally, we will review the conversations to make sure our team is informed to support our partners in these cases.

A fraudulent charge of $27.80 was used on a stolen Venmo debit card to Spreadshirt.com. 4 fraudulent charges were charged through this company. 2 were resolved, one denied, this one and one is still in dispute. Venmo alleges speaking with the company the charges are valid. I have never purchased anything from this company and this is fraud* ******* **** ** ******************
I did not receive anything from this company and had never even heard of it before the fraudulent charges began. I saw the charges happening in my email and closed my debit immediately. This needs to be refunded immediately.Business Response

I canceled an order for around $50 in June. My shirts were sent back to the facility. I have made multiple attempts via email to find out where my refund is and have only been given generated responses and feel taken advantage of. receive our replies to their emails, as I do show that each email received by
the customer was replied to within 1 business day of receiving the email.Additionally, the
customer sent an email on 8/28, which we replied to on 8/29. We have not received the package back from
the shipping provider, as the tracking for the order shows it is not received
to our facility. However, with the email
received by the customer on 8-28, we already processed a refund for the order. The refund should post back to the customer’s
payment method within 2-4 business days.

Purchase a T-shirt via online on Friday May 5th at 11:00. ***** ** ***************** After receiving the confirmation email o noticed that the design was wrong so immediately called and emailed the company. The call and email were done in less than 5 minutes after the purchase was done.
At 12:26 I received an email from Kayla from “customer service”, letting me know the tshirt was already in production (false as my shipping was schedule for the end of May), and it is imposible to change the design at that point because the shipping ticket was created….
Kayla suggested:
“If you aren’t satisfied after received the order please contact us again”…
She knew the order was already wrong!

change the order, but it was not possible when they contacted us.
Spreadshirt boasts
some of the fastest production times in the industry and it is often the case
that once an order is submitted it will enter our Production process and once
this has happened, we are unable to make changes to the order. I do show the order in question entered our Production
Process within a few minutes after ordering and was shipped out the same day it
was ordered.
Unfortunately, the
order could not be changed before it entered production or was shipped out, but
we are happy to assist you, as I see the wrong numbers were ordered. Typically, we do ask that you wait until the
order arrives, incase a different size is also needed, but we can process a
request for you now.
We have processed a
Store Credit for your order, so you can replace a new order with the correct
design and numbers. You will receive an
email with your Store Credit code to use in the checkout when re-ordering the
correct item. Once you receive the first
shipment, then you can keep it and your new order would then ship out once it is
submitted and created for you.

Ordered 8 shirts. All were defective, all different lengths even though they were the same size, decals faded. I called Friday afternoon at 3:00 my time, 4:00 their time. I received them and their automated recording said they were "closed". I emailed on Saturday and received a response that said to do everything online. I did that and it said nothing could be exchanged and a refund could only go back to their site. I called both Spreadshirt's numbers at 1-800-381-0815 and 608-724-832-1993 on 2/20/23 at 9:00 and 9:15 and both recordings again stated they are "closed". My order number is ***************** and the total for the order was $234.71 under Mike Ring. I would like a refund to my original payment method, not a credit to their store which is only what they offer. Thank you.Business Response
