I paid ***** ******* the ****** cash she asked for. ****** the first session and ****** the second session. Owner of ******************************************** I wanted her to darken my eyebrows. The first session lasted a little more than 1 hour she left me in the chair to take care of a jewelry customer. I told her they were not dark enough and I asked her if she were afraid (she kept wiping them) She said she had hers done too dark and was in the process of lightening them. The second session was the same I told her again they were not dark enough she said she used a coloring that lightened up considerably. She said the third session would be better. My last appt. was 4-30 I asked for a receipt to be brought in and she refuse saying if she ran the cash thru the system she would have to claim it. (Her problem not mine) for the last session she texted that she was going to use the same color as the artist she was (she refused to darken them) and she thought I would not look good in another darker color. Her opinion _my eyebrows.) She said this was discussed on the first visit. I am blonde I do not want blonde eyebrows I want brown eyebrows. Just give me what I paid for they are my eyebrows. She refused a refund so I can go somewhere else to give me what I want. She also cancelled my last appointment. She cancelled three appts in all. She was sick once her child was ill once and the last appt. she did not want to give me my refund. ***** business owner ever.

As the owner and a professional tattoo artist of 7 years she reached out to me to be her permanent makeup tattoo artist. ***** reached out to me back in October, we had a consultation I requested a doctors note and she then provided it to me at her first session which happened on January 17th. Her initial appointment was scheduled for December 18th which I was sick with the flu and I called and let her know this. My entire house was down with the flu, I dont think its very professional to work on someone when you are sick and cannot perform quality work throwing up. During her first appointment I did make her aware that I was using a newer pigment line that I had never worked with before. It is from someone I purchase products from just a newer line made to fade out over time. Also made her aware of this. During the entire appointment her husband had to check and make sure the shape was right and what my normally scheduled 2 hour appointment run, ran Into 3 hours because I had to constantly ask her husband for approval which he kept wanting them to be closer and closer to her nose. After several times of this, I said we need to let the skin settle because at this point it was over worked and I wanted to see how she healed. Whatever she wasnt happy with we could revisit at her second appointment6-8 weeks after the first appointment. I checked in on her during her healing like I always do during their healing process. She said she wanted them darker and I said we could do this at her second appointment which we did. Second appointment comes, I used my normal brow line i normally work with and they looked beautiful. This second appointment happened on March 5th of 2025. In my professional opinion that strives for a more natural appearance and ages well over time I believe that due to her lighter hair and skin type going very dark is not suggested. I even consulted many colleagues as to what they would do and no one would suggest a third touch up to make them darker. When ***** cashed out she suggested paying cash and I accepted. I do have a receipt showing she paid cash and am happy to provide that. I also have signed paperwork from her going over my refund policy and all of our policies that she has signed and I emailed over to her as well upon request. Our policy states that the guest needs to reach out within 72 hours if they are unhappy and seeking a refund, ***** reached out weeks and weeks after that. ***** reached out April 16th wanting them to be darker I asked for some photos and she provided them and I suggested them to not be any darker. She then on Easter Day requested a receipt for the cash that she paid. She then wrote me a review on ****** and I reached out and she said she wanted a third touch up and was not taking her review off until she got what she wanted and I was to do the service with a smile on my face. I cancelled her third appointment because she wanted them darker and this is not something we do. She wanted them darker and this is not something we do and I do not believe this client will ever be satisfied. This is my work and my brand out there in the world walking around and I refuse to let a client dictate how to do my job.
