    Do not i repete do not use the service i called at 3:05 pm from the lobby waiting near the front door due to being handicapped and can't drive to run to cvs to get my needed meds the z trip driver never showed so i called they said give us 15 min again no show why because im disabled and its a short distance fare and its s**** you i had both feet opperated on and i need to get to the pharmacy there excuse was no show funny i was in the lobby looking out the front door no car arrived with z trip markings so yoi discrimanate against the handicapped the second time i stood for ************************************** my area bs you refuse handicapped rides because your not going to make much on the trip excuse me z trip a fare is a fare you charged me over ***** to go 11 miles because the driver went through town at **** ***************** to ******** is 11 miles you chartged over 40 you can keep your pos company and i hope they shut you down you bums

    WORST experience!! Shouldn't be allowed to transport patients. Total disregard for patent safety by Ztrip driver. Unprofessional, rude condescending demeanor exhibited by driver. Broken down vans with no air conditioning or operating turn signals. If there was a rating less than one star I would pick it! Any hospital that contracts with them should terminate the contract immediately and seek other transport services.
