      I purchased a gaming console from their online store. The item arrived filthy and infested with live bugs. I had to immediately bag the items up and discard them outside. After contacting them about the box of bugs they basically accused me of lying and refused to take any accountability for it. Their response was to block me. I find it impossible that they didn't know about the infestation because they started crawling out of the fan vent after a little shake.

      Astronomical pricing of items online. For this to be a store that receives donations, i cannot fathom the pricing goodwill has on their products. Specifically Pokemon products.
