    The worst title company ever do not use this people. Unresponsive, u cooperative, they do not do their job, they are inefficient, and they do not know what a transaction coordinator is until the day of closing wand only the day of closing they will communicate with you on the phone/ email whatever and the only reason is because they getting paid that day!!! Again the worst title company ever!!! Never using them again!!!!!!

    Records of communication date back to 3/14--available for review if necessary. Customer seems inexperienced in wholesale transactions. He seemed to have a hard time grasping accounting principles. He was upset because he was supposed to make $25000 and only made $2341.56. This was due to his inaccuracy in calculating the net from the transaction.
