    Culgan Towing towed my car per Swissvale Police directive on Sunday October 23, 2022. Called Culgan on Monday October 24, 2022, to obtain my life sustaining medication. I was denied access to my vehicle until payment was made. He quoted me a price of $515. i stated that was too expensive. He requested my insurance give him a call. However, he did not want me to disclose the price he quoted me to the insurance carrier as he charges the insurance carriers a different price. When I refused to commit fraud, he then refused me access to my belongings in the vehicle. Or he said I can provide him with my car title, and he will give me my medicine, photo id and both credit/debit cards. I stated that he must allow me access to my vehicle to inspect and obtain my medication. He said he will not. I have to make this complaint as I am afraid that my debit, credit cards and house keys that he has in his possession is an identity security and safety risk for me. In addition, I cannot access any funds to buy my life sustaining medications as he has my debit card and photo ID which prevents me from going into a bank and withdraw monies.
