    I have sent for 6 cookbooks by *****************************. All costing over $105.00. I have called and emailed them constantly with no avail. I was told a week and a half ago that I would have a tracking number... they lied. I guess I need to call corporate and ***************************** to let them know what is going on. Will never recommend this business again.***********************.

Our fulfillment manager followed up with her, apologized for the inconvenience and poor communication, and sent a bonus item with our thanks. Mrs. ******* indicated that the matter was resolved to her satisfaction. Going forward, WQED plans to sell merchandise through ****** to avoid shipping delays.

    Awful customer service.Ordered two DVD's in November and received a shipping notice with no tracking number.Almost a month later still no delivery of items ordered and it seems to be impossible to speak to a human being over the phone.Called 10+ times and emailed several times with ZERO response.AWFUL!
