      I bought a cardigan, uniform-style sweater on April 15, 2024 during a sale advertised as, "Half Off All Sweaters." When I paid for the sweater I was charged a price of $70 with no indication of half off. I immediately questioned it and was told, "those sweaters are not included in the sale." I said, matter-of-factly , sign says all sweaters, but oh well. As I got to my car, I took a closer look at my receipt and saw that I was not charged for a sweater, but rather a Long Sleeved Shirt. The receipt further showed an additional $10 charge for two department patches that I brought with me to have sewn on the sleeves. I immediately returned to the store to question these discrepancies. I asked why I was charged for a Long Sleeved Shirt when I purchased a cardigan sweater. I was told, "We do not have a specific key for sweater on our registers." I then asked why I was charged $5 each for two department patches when they are the same patches that I have received from North Eastern Uniform going back ten years to the very first sweater I ever bought from them. I was then told, "We have always done it that way. We stopped for a short time, but reinstated that policy a good while ago." None of what was told to me by staff this day was true. I had purchased the same cardigan sweater five months prior in November of 2023 and had two patches attached. I was charged $63 for a SWEATER only. This is a classic case of bait and switch. The April sale clearly states, "All Sweaters Half Off." They did not charge me for a SWEATER but a LONG SLEEVE Shirt. They claim they have always charged for adding patches, when they clearly did not. When questioned about why I was not charged for a SWEATER on a day offering a sweater sale, I was told they had no key for it. Clearly that is false. Why was the same sweater I bought in November 2023 $63 and the April 2024 sweater $70? I want a refund equal to half the actual sales price ($63) of this sweater minus patches fee.

      North Eastern Uniform is a 'preferred' Federal Firearm Licensee FFL in my area. They received a Firearm to transfer to me on August 7, 2024 and only needed to record the transaction in their books prior to having me pick up my item. Yet, they have not contacted me as of August 15th to pick it up. The staff admonishes me if I walk-in asking that they complete the transfer.

      There is no reason for poor customer service (and North Eastern Uniform didn't attempt to provide one, or apologize)

      The response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, is correct because they completed my transaction the day they received the BBB complaint. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
