The representative who was working with me to get me in this vehicle name is ****. On 02/28/25 I made this deposits and fully insured the vehicle through direct auto. I didnt get to take the vehicle that day because it didnt pass inspection. I came back March 3 to sign the contract and took the vehicle. ************* the finance company sent me a link to verify employment but I couldnt link cash app because there portal doesnt accept that institution, so I linked my chase ******** I received a call from ***** ******* a representative of united auto credit( ********************************** saying he couldnt see my direct deposit information. I told him of the dilemma all while letting him know I would be receiving direct deposit from ****** to my chase because I was transferring jobs. He asked for an offer letter at that time I hadnt received a copy of my onboarding. He then asked for a paystub I told him I would be getting one 03/14/25 he gave me his email said send it over and he would finalize the deal. 03/7/25 I received a text message from **** saying I committed fraud and I must bring the vehicle back immediately. I was confused brought the vehicle back the next morning. She claimed because I was transferring to ****** and didnt tell them that was fraud and they cant trust but were willing to work with me when I provided proof of employment from ******. Now I did end up getting an offer letter sent to **** she said thats no good. I applied to Amazon 02/14/25 and onboarded with them 02/20/25 all while being employed at Metallico receiving my last pay stub from metalico 03/07/25. I didnt appreciate the way they tried to treat me taking the vehicle back as if Im some sort of criminal asked to speak to the owner and for a refund. And was told I couldnt speak with the owner and wont get a refund.

I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Pittsburgh Auto depot about 2 1/2 months ago and paying 28000 for it. I had it for about 3 weeks and the car engine went on it. I was informed by the mechanic and noticed the car hood were a different color and repainted to match the car. When I bought the car I was not informed about the accident or any issues. I lost my job due to not having the transportation and now struggling to pay the car payment that I can not get out of the loan for. I also had to wait for the new car engine to be put in and I am barely getting by.

We are sorry to hear that the engine needed to be replaced in your vehicle.  When the car was purchased, there were no know mechanical issues or accidents that were associated with the vehicle. There is a third-party warranty that your vehicle has, sounds like you might have used it.  I'm sorry but there is nothing that we are able to do except direct you to call the warranty company.

    Thank you
