      I am on a budget plan with AEP. I received my bill and noticed that it was $655 so I decided to look at my bill to see what was going on. After looking over my bill I noticed that a deposit was added to my account for $730. I called *** immediately to find out why and was told that because I didn't pay by the due date twice in a row they have added a deposit and refuse to take it off. I paid my bill maybe 5 or so days after the due date, there was never a termination notice sent, the bill was always paid before the next cycle. I think this is ridiculous to expect people to pay a $655 bill. I am the only person working in my household due to an injury my husband sustained last November.
