    I am writing to formally file a complaint against RoadRunner Recycling, ***** located at **********************, for breach of contract related to services they agreed to provide to our organization, *******, under a written agreement dated March 1, 2024.Per the terms of the agreement, RoadRunner Recycling, **** was obligated to provide regular and compliant waste removal services. However, they have consistently failed to fulfill these obligations accurately and promptly, leading to serious operational and health-related concerns.Despite multiple attempts to address these issues directly with the vendor, there has been no resolution. We are now seeking assistance in resolving this matter and documenting the vendor's non-compliance through your bureau.Enclosed are supporting documents, including the contract and communication records if needed.We respectfully request an investigation into this matter and welcome your assistance in resolving it.

    Roadrunner is attempting to charge us over 8k for cancelling a contract that has 8 months left on it due to their inability to bill correctly. We did not receive haul bill for 11 months. When we did it was for $14,018.75. We missed expense deductions on our 2023 Tax Return due to their inability to bill properly. This company is unethical. They are owned by Waste Management.Terms and Conditions clearly state we are to be billed monthly:(b) *********** shall invoice Customer each calendar month for the Customer Price due for the Services to be performed during that calendar month. Customer shall pay the full amount of each invoice within fifteen (15) days following the date of invoice. Any overdue invoice may be subject to a late fee up to the maximum amount allowed by applicable law.This is clearly a violation of their own Terms and Conditions yet we are held accountable for the remainder of our contract?Not only did we receive large invoices but the months following that invoice I have had to contact them multiple times to correct the billing going forward.

    This is a bit of a complex situation but it's about a restaurant (me) antique taco getting harassed from roadrunner for not using them anymore. They are trying to charge us 4K b/c we canceled a contract however we had no choice in the matter, we weren't getting serviced. Please see my latest letter to attorney / collection office. This company continues to bother and harass us its bothering my team and our operations. Dear ****.I fully understand what a rollover contract is however you are missing some very KEY points to this situation.1. Roadrunner failed to tell us (as they should have) after 11 years in business and doing garbage the same way that all of a sudden we were now NOT allowed to remove our garbage in garbage bags. We had to remove garbage without a bag and toss directly into the can. That was NEVER going to work for us. After garbage continued to not get picked up we called RR to address the issue.2. We told them we needed to continue to remove garbage in bags and that we would not be able to operate without using bags.3. RR informed us to continue doing it as normal. The problem was they didn't tell that to the garbage company so we started racking up contamination charges. I have about 100 emails about this if needed. 4. After months of being ignored and horrible service from RR we decided to handle this on our own and get a new garbage company, we mailed a certified letter canceling roadrunner.5. I have several emails stating roadrunner is no longer picking up our garbage and our service is cancelled This isn't about breaking a contract, this is about a small minority owned business getting ignored over and over again. What I wish for is that you all would stop bothering us and let us run our small operation in peace. The best part is I have people calling from roadrunner to set us up as a new account, this company needs a major deep dive in customer service. Please note in 12 years of business I have never not paid a bill.

    Roadrunner Recycling (RR) is a garbage broker. In a few conversations with us, they committed to a lower price for garbage removal than we were paying and consistant service. They work with a local hauler to perform those duties with us. We signed a contract with them in January 2023 and was told they would remove our current hauler, **************** Services (WM) (we were not satisfied with their service) on or around April 1st. We started paying RR in April for this service. There was no change of hauler for a few months following that.In May we recieved a letter from our original hauler, WM, who was still providing our service, that they had not been paid since April, and threatened collection action on us. I contacted RR, and this same cycle happened throughout the summer until in October when WM said they had not been paid since June and ceased servicing us.We had to have multiple conversations with RR and WM, with both sides telling us different stories. RR repeatedly said they would contact their finance department, but they were not available to talk on the phone.Eventually WM was paid by RR, a new hauler, ***************** and Recycling (PD), dropped off their garbage bins 7 months after the initial date. The second week they were there, PD stopped picking up our garbage. It's been 3 weeks without service. RR claims they have contacted PD, but we have be paying RR on time every 4 weeks since April and our garbage is once again not getting picked up.

    Hello BBB - 

    See the attachement for verification of the location for Roadrunner Recycling. I don't know if I indicated that we would like to be released from our contract without financial liability. We believe the excessive negligence on behalf of RR is evidence enough for this action.

    Business name contract is with is ****** ****, Inc. Returned container "blue cart" for refund Promised $400.00 refund by representative 30-40 days later email says check lost then says will "RESTUFF IT" wait another 10 days - no $ Accounting? person then claims they do not issue checks - will only credit to auto draft account. I requested again a check due to emails stating check was coming to me and for the continuing extenuating circumstances. Get email reply they have issued credit BUT credit will not be applied to my account with out my permission/advise to credit to my autodraft account that I have no say over and can not stop payment on. I have repeatedly stated I have no say so in what they suck out of my account, meaning I have no leverage. I have emailed again that as I have no options I will have to accept being strung along. 2 billing cycles have passed w/o a penny applied. Tired of the games/run around much less the aggravation. **** ********
