      I purchased a Delta Ultraviolet E-110 UV Generator by Neptune made by this company from another retailer on May 24th, 2023. The unit arrived on May 31, 2023 but could not be installed until June 8, 2023. The reason for delay in installation is because a professional pool technician was hired to install. Upon installation it was discovered that a recessed piece at the bottom of the unit was broken. This piece was in place when unit was shipped and my technician did not have to adjust this particular piece at all during technician. When the unit was turned on with water flow a leak was found and it was discovered that this piece was cracked and leaking. I have tried to get a refund from the retailer who refused saying that the unit was covered under the manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer was nice enough and agreed to replace the unit. I originally made contact with Chris S******* on June 20th, 2023 for this and was given an order number for a unit on June 26, 2023. On June 28th after asking for a delivery date I was told the unit would ship on July 28, 2023. On July 31 when Mr. S******* was asked again about shipping information I was told that the unit was not in production and would not go back into production until August 7th, 2023. On August 25, 2023 I emailed Mr. S******* again to ask about the unit and was told that production was moved to September 22, 2023. On August 25, 2023 I spoke with Mr. S******* on the phone and let him know that we would prefer a refund on the unit. I spoke with him the next day and he seemed positive that he would be able to acquire a refund for the unit. This morning September 1, 2023 I received an email stating that the accounting department would work with myself and Pool Warehouse (retailer where unit was purchased) to facilitate a refund but Evoqua would not issue a refund.

      The company is currently working on a solution for the problem. I spoke with Ralph S******* after my complaint was filed. I am awaiting a refund for the company which I think is the only outcome that is acceptable in this situation. I am not satisfied with the situation until the refund shows on my account, which as of right now it does not.

      The company has duplicated billing periods not in accordance to our agreement. I have asked the company to correct the error with no resolution for 3 months.
