    This company consistently sends out notices that my account in past due or overdue when not only is it NOT overdue but many times I will have a credit on my account. I make sure my bills are paid on time so when I get a past due or overdue notice it is very stressful and I assume that I have forgotten or overlooked something when, in fact, with this company, usually the opposite is true. Not only is the bill paid but in may instances it is overpaid yet I still get notices stating that my account is overdue. The last time I called to ask about this the individual that I spoke with was very flippant, and rude and he spoke to me like I was an idiot because I wanted to know why it wasn't possible look at my account and determine that there was a credit prior to sending out a late notice. I did not appreciate his discourteous manner or attitude. Had he been more polite I wouldn't be writing this review right now. In spite of all this I still did not get an answer to my question as to why I consistently get late notices when I have a credit on my account. I'm just trying to understand how the bookkeeping works. Maybe this company needs an upgrade to the QuickBooks or something but it makes no sense and should be fixed, I can not be the only one that this is happening to
