    For my initial service time, the repairman was a complete no-show. Despite my better judgement, I rescheduled the appointment. While setting up the appointment, I was required to give my credit card information over the phone (HUGE RED FLAG).The repairman did arrive at the scheduled time, and he diagnosed the problem. However, he did not come with any parts, indicating that there was no chance that the device would be repaired in a single visit (back to that later). HE THEN INFORMED ME THAT THE SERVICE FEE WOULD BE $150! I asked if that would also go towards the actual repair when they come back, and he said it should (back to that later).A few days later I got a call from the secretary to schedule the repair. SHE STATED THE REPAIR WOULD INCLUDE A SERVICE FEE OF AN ADDITIONAL $150!This shady company's business model is designed to take $300 for a single job.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!And since Whirlpool contracts this company for it's very unreliable appliances, STAY AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL!
