    My friends bought me a $120 gift card to this yoga studio because they knew I enjoyed going here. I was a patron for years and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately I was told my gift card expired and I lost 10 classes. They pocketed $120 providing only one class. I think its completely unprofessional to have a service expire - Massage Envy, hair salons, restaurants imagine if when you went to use the gift card they told you it expired. They later emailed offering me the paid for classes, but why would I want to go back?! They also had the nerve to ask me to take down this review. My friends and I will not be returning. Its wrong to not provide a service when youve been paid money to do so and I would never go back here or recommend it to a friend! I told them they can refund me the money they pocketed if they wanted the review gone. Unbelievable. The owner is completely unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and rude. There are plenty of other locally owned yoga studios with accommodating owners! I love supporting local businesses and was so disappointed when they handled this situation so poorly. I explained I wouldnt feel comfortable returning to the studio after how the situation was handled. I cant imagine stealing money from someones friends and not refunding it. Not good business AT ALL.
