    Lokutas garage/towing in ******** are thieves. I recently tried to purchase an engine for my 2010 jeep liberty. I specifically told them I needed a 2008 or newer engine and was told they had one for me. I went in and purchased one and it wasn't until after I left I was told it was from a **** when I asked for 08 or newer. They allowed me to bring the engine back and upcharged me additional to purchase a 3.7 engine out of a 2014 jeep liberty. That is what I paid for and found out AGAIN after purchasing I did not get what I purchased. I found out when looking for parts- a 2014 jeep liberty does NOT EXIST as they were never made... they now refuse to take their engine back that won't work or refund me and I am taking them to court for my money back and to charge them for theft by deception criminally. I have attached my receipts and screenshots of conversation as proof. I will be posting this everywhere I can and updating as court proceedings occur. Please share and don't let these thieves get away with this. On the phone, the owner cussed at me and told me they would not take the engine back and said that the engine they gave me was really a **** and should work even though I was charged for something else. I attempted to return the wrong engine again for just my refund of what I paid and was refused and have filed a police report as well.I spent a total of $1,219 and they will not refund me and take back the 05 engine they sold me when my invoice was for a 2014 engine.

    On 12/27/22 Im call roadside assistance because my truck have a coolant leak, and tell me need send my truck to his shop, the roadside assistance call a towing company to tow my truck to his shop and they tow my truck and arrive 5 hour later to the mechanic shop them the mechanic call me and tell me my truck no take any gear and from that day not working because my truck is not driven

    The driveshaft was disconnected on this truck before being towed. Like stated in complaint it did take longer then usual for this call due to the fact the driver was having difficulty removing the driveshaft. The driver had to call and wait for myself to get there to help him remove the drivehaft. Like explained to customer, being that drivehsaft was disconnected and then towed there is no way damage was done to transmission by being towed.

    I am rejecting this response because:is not true what he said because I'm there and this guys no remove the drive shaft they start driving my truck like this theme they call because forgot this conector the drive shaft, how he drop my truck 5 hours later, waiting living to my hotel why he waiting, them he park my truck at the shop and my truck no takes any gear, I'm call roadside assistance for coolant leak no for transmission problems.
