    I purchased ear buds from the company and within the allotted time I requested a refund. Prior to sending them back, the company was extremely vague and confusing with their return methods. After providing them with all the information they needed, the returned item was sent back. It has been stated that the item has been returned and now they will not contact me through email and will not reply to my constant reaching out to them.

    I purchased Mifo headphones about 2 years ago. Within a year of buying them, they stopped charging. I reached out to the company for repair/exchange. I sent them back and then for the last 6+ months, i've been going back and forth with someone by email trying to get my headphones sent back to me. At this point I'd just like my money refunded.

    I am filing this complaint against Mifo US due to their failure to honor a warranty claim for defective earbuds that I purchased. Despite clear communication and adherence to their return procedures, **** has not fulfilled its commitment to replace the defective product, issue a refund, or return the original earbuds. This lack of resolution and refusal to honor their warranty commitments amounts to theft of my property and fraudulent business practices.Timeline of Events:- February 25, 2022: Purchased earbuds for $109.99.- May 10, 2023: Contacted Mifo Support regarding a defect. **** requested that I return the earbuds for a replacement.- November 10, 2023: Shipped the defective product back to Mifo, with tracking number **** **********************.- November 19, 2023: **** confirmed receipt of the returned earbuds.- Subsequent Dates: Repeatedly contacted ****, seeking an update on my replacement. These efforts included numerous emails on the following dates: 12/4/2023, 1/4/2024, 1/18/24, 1/31/2024, 2/14/2024, 3/5/2024, 3/16/2024. Each time I've received vague correspondences at best or none at all.- April 13, 2024: Sent an email demanding a final resolution. Received no further correspondence The continued inaction by Mifo US and their refusal to provide a replacement, refund, or even return my original product, despite multiple assurances and prolonged communication, constitutes a severe breach of trust and consumer rights.Desired Resolution:I am seeking either an immediate shipment of a replacement for the earbuds or a full refund of $109.99, plus any related expenses such as shipping costs. Given the circumstances, I view this situation as **** committing fraud and theft, and I demand prompt and appropriate action to rectify this issue.
