    On 2/10/23 at 11:11 PM EST, I placed an order on their mobile app. The order number is #******. I placed the order for pick up and told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I got to the store around 11:30pm and waited in the front of their store for my food to be placed on the shelf and it never was. So After waiting 20 minutes I walked up to the door and the girl was locking it. I told her I placed an order a half hour ago and have been waiting. She said that I now have to wait in the drive thru even though I’ve been waiting before the lobby closed. So I went to the drive thru with a long line of car which seemed ridiculous since I put a mobile order in to beat the traffic and wait time. After waiting for an hour now, I got to the speaker where you order and they told me they don’t know what happened to my order and I have to reorder it. I reorder my food and then proceed to wait another 20 minutes. I got to the window where they hand you the food and she told me all they have is steak so they can’t fulfill any of my order. I explained I don’t eat steak and that I would like a refund. I waited around an hour and a half just to not get any food. She told me okay and that the refund will be back on my card in 24 hours. I know it’s a fast food place but this was an awful and so unprofessional even for fast food. This whole situation could of been avoided if they just told me from the beginning they don’t have the ingredients and gave me back my money! I put a complaint in their website and heard nothing back from them after requesting a response back. It’s now a week later and still no refund. I have called the store and they said they can’t help me and to call customer service. I called customer service and there’s nothing but an automated system that doesn’t pertain to anything I need. They just took my money and now I have to jump through hoops because of their lack of incompetence. I don’t know what else to do in order to get refunded for the food I never received.
