    We went back and forth with this business for many months to correct wrong and not legit charges , and they were not responding to solve the problem , then when we were finally able to solve the incorrect charges and paid the corrected balance , they want us to pay the late fees which theyre responsible on because of their delay response and not communicating properly .

    After conducting thorough due diligence, we have deemed all balances as accurate, the team has had ongoing communication regarding the balances. As a gesture of good faith we wrote off any outstanding receivables. At this time our collaboration has concluded and we wish them the best in their future endeavors.

    Purchased a Variosonic Toothbrush from seller on their Amazon store 4/20/24. Last month the toothbrush stopped holding a charge and will not charge at all. I emailed the company via their support listed on their website and included the receipt of purchase. No response from that email to this day. I then called customer service and the representative seemed to be very confused as to why I was calling him and told me that he could not help me. This is despite their website clearly stating that there is a one year warranty on these toothbrushes and to contact them immediately for a return or refund if the product is defective, which it clearly is. I then asked to speak to a manager. He placed me on hold for about 10 min and then came back on the line and said his manager was at lunch and told me that they would call me back after I provided him with my number. That was 3 days ago and no one has called. The company does not seem to stand behind it's products or honor their warranties. The customer service was incompetent and very transparently giving me the run around. Initially I was just seeking to replace the toothbrush but at this point I am looking for a refund of my money and will never purchase anything from this brand again. I have been buying toothbrushes, heads and toothpaste on a regular basis for years from them, but they have lost a customer for good.
