    They sell animals that are sick and try’s to blame you for a give you store credit when you paid cash.worst pet store ever

    The customer reached out to us after the purchase of the Koi. My son asked him questions regarding the problem he was having, which was the fish has red spots and his fish were sick and dying. After talking with the customer, my son told him that his tank was too small along with his filter. They were not adequate for the size fish he bought. Then he brought the fish back a few days or so later, which on our receipt it states that "Only store credit will be given on all returns. All live sales are final." But we took the fish back and even though there could be a chance it could affect our system. So my son then told him it would be instore credit only, he was fine with that and he left with the credit slip. A little while later he called and asked if he could get his cash back because he paid cash, my son told him that it wouldn't be possible it is not our policy. So he was not happy with the outcome of the situation.
