I would not buy any products from that company. The Mask is very uncomfortable to wear and leaves indentations around the eyes. I received the mask at the end of February and it took me until middle of March to finally get the address I needed for the return. The receival of the Return was verified by the post office. We now have June 21, 2023 and I have not received my money back yet.
worst customer service, Lauren seems to be bot that is programed to ask questions until the time runs out for a return...

I purchased a LED mask from Dermay, on December 13, 2022, $264.90. Their refund policy: 30 days from date of purchase. I am requesting a full refund, due to Lauren's @ Dermay, responce email on January 4th. She responded to an email I sent to Dermay on January 3rd; the same day I began experiencing malfunctioning issues with the LED mask. The mask when placed on my face then pushing a remote which turns the mask on, "start button", holding it for 2 seconds. The mask came on, the lights were blinking which was not normal. There is a voice activation system built into the remote that was not working properly. It would turn the mask on then off after 2 seconds; I made 4 attempts of readjusting the mask on my face, pressing the start button on the remote for 3 seconds. The masks voice instruction, immediately disengaged the mask 1 second after pressing the start button, on all 4 attempts, every time. All 4 times the lights were blinking, as opposed to staying on.
Lauren's January 4th, response email instructions:
She refused me to return the mask. (I originally wanted to return the mask for a replacement on January 3rd; if Dermay was willing to send a return label. I'm now requesting a full refund of $264.90 cost of the mask; additionally I purchased (6) facial creams; which I have (4) unopened, total charges of $173.00, in which I would like a partial refund for unopened creams, all credited to my bank card.
In Lauren's January 4th email; she stated that I need to video tape the problem for them to assess the problem to see if it is something minor that Ican be instructed to fix, before I can even return the mask. The remote has stopped working since receiving Lauren's, January 4th email. The mask needs to be charged. I am unable to perform that, due to the port roaming inside the mask. I will not be able to locate the port without causing damage to mask.
Dermay needs to honor their refund policy. Please let me know you have received this. Thank you.
