      Honestly one of worst companies I've ever dealt with and that's saying something. There are still two items I ordered in June that I have yet to receive and all I get are template responses and assurances they'll ship it soon but to no avail. No compensation, no urgency, no real desire to serve their customers. It's appalling.

      Soccer season is over and our order is still not correct. We followed the return policy, waited, and still havent received the uniforms we ordered and paid for.

      Terrible experience. My order was delayed nearly 4 months, during which time my emails to customer service were very slowly responded to. At one point I was told it had shipped when in fact it had not. The order finally came with only two remaining games in the season. I asked for a refund, and was told by email that there were no promotions at the time, and then that I should subscribe to their newsletter for future promotions. I have no interest in using this company ever again. Horrible. If you are a sports club or league looking at using this company, run away.

      Soccer season is finishing up and still did not completely receive my order. I bought kits for 3 kids, and although they state to have items shipped within 4-5 weeks, it has been about 15 weeks now, and I'm still waiting. This is absolutely absurd and cannot believe this is happening. I've also sent over 15 messages to customer service, mostly follow-ups because they don't respond in a timely fashion. Several days would pass, and it would take 2 or 3 follow-up emails before I finally get a response, but even then it's a very generic response like it's coming from a robot or AI. I would give a NEGATIVE number if I could!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      ZERO STARS!!! HOW can this company still be in BUSINESS! I am a team manager and have 3 players that have YET to receive their uniforms, and we have only ONE game left in the season. These uniform orders were placed back in JUNE 2024. Multiple emails have been sent to the company regarding the issue, and they always respond with a GENERIC message. They offer NO "Sincere" apology NOR compensation for the time our players were without their uniforms that were $600+! They cannot be contacted via telephone - it is all email. PLEASE SHUT this BUSINESS DOWN!!! But not before sending out unfilled orders! (LOL)Only selected the 1 STAR because I had to in order to submit this review!

      They don't ship items and ignored my emails until my cc company got involved. I paid over $200 dollars for soccer uniforms that came with two games left. An order in the first week of June shouldn't arrive the end of Oct (complete order still has arrived!)

      Capelli has terrible customer service, and turn around time. I ordered my daughters uniform kit on 6/28. Its 10/18, and I still havent received it. I sent numerous emails about this. They are always very sorry for the inconvenience I called their office several times as wellno answer, or reply from messages left. I finally got an email saying it was shipped. Im sure it will take over a week to get here. Too bad my daughters season only has like 3 weeks left! TERRIBLE!!! Id give them 0 stars if I could!

      I would leave zero stars if I could. This company took over $800 of my money for my daughters soccer kit with a 6 week guarantee of delivery.18 weeks later, after multiple attempts to contact them regarding my order I bought a used kit and sent multiple emails advising them I wished to cancel the order. I gave up and (on a Saturday) I contested the payment with my credit card. Of course on Monday then IMMEDIATELY shipped the order and now refuse to accept a return as the items are personalized. This is the WORST company and I caution against any person or club using them for uniforms.

      I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. Lack of compassion and overall human care. I purchased my daughter's soccer uniform kit 6 weeks ago. I paid over $450.00 for it. I was told it would ship last week. NOTHING! I came to find out that it has not been fulfilled yet. My daughter cannot play without an official uniform per the league. So I am out $450.00 and I am still paying league dues as agreed to per the contract. Capelli Sports is the worst company to do business with. They currently have 1 star out of 5. They have an "F" as a grade and over 550 complaints filed through the Better Business Bureau. I have not received any updates. I email daily to inquire so my 11-year-old daughter can have her uniform to play. Mind you, the soccer season is half over. They cannot have a backlog of orders at this point. There is no rationale for this level of gross negligence. It is embarrassing and downright rude to treat customers like this. So as of right now, I am out $450 and my daughter cannot play soccer. How is this okay? Where is our order????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

      We ordered our youth club soccer jersey kits back in June and have yet to receive them. It is now October 3. Our season is over halfway over and my daughter still does not have the correct uniform to wear. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
